If you are looking for a forge that will handle those large and extra long items this forge will do the job. Great for items like pickets and swords. The independent controls gives you the versatility to only use the burners you need. The forge has end opening 6 ” wide by 4 ½ ” high for long items to pass through. This forge is designed for heating long items, for twisting pickets, bending large scrolls, sword making, etc.
THIS FORGE HAS INDEPENDENT CONTROLS FOR EACH BURNER. It gives you precision control for each burner, and the option of using 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 burners. You can control the heat where you need it, or use 1 or 2 burners for small items and conserve fuel. Orifices have height adjustments for different altitudes, humidity, wind, etc., that can affect the operation of atmospheric forges.
The forge box is 32” long 9” deep and 7 ½” high.
The interior heat chamber is 32” long 6” wide and 4 ½” high.
With openings on both ends 6” wide by 4 1/2” high for long items to pass through.

This forge has a FACTORY RIGIDIZED VACUUM FORMED CERAMIC LINER on the top and sides with the Dense high siliconized Ladle Brick on the bottom. This liner is made specifically for MAJESTIC FORGE to strict specifications. It has Rigidizer applied at the factory for a hard durable interior surface, the liner is lighter in weight which makes it easier to haul it to where you need to use it, however this forge is still heavy, around 90 lbs. Complete setup and adjusting instructions included. It has all UL rated brass orifices, precision needle valves for independent burner adjustment, heavy duty adjustable regulator, hose, gauge, and fittings. This forge comes complete. All you need is an LP tank. Setup usually takes less than 10 minutes and is very simple. Full setup instructions are included. We recommend using a 60 lbs. or larger tank for this forge.
